Delivery charges vary depending on area. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to our delivery services and charges section. Delivery times are between Mon-Fri. Delivery charges do not include installation where required, i.e. assembly of your furniture in situ. Responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery rests solely with you.


Occasionally, the delivery of your furniture may be delayed or postponed. We will of course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.

Damaged or defective goods

Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. If the goods are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must immediately inform the company. If damage is discovered after delivery you must contact us within three days of delivery. If the goods are damaged, and we are unable to repair the item to reasonably satisfactory manufacturing standards, we will send a replacement item upon confirmation of the damaged items returned. We shall act promptly to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered to you and must not be used. Exchange of faulty goods are not subject to the same promotional offers as the original goods unless the promotion is still active.  Damaged goods will be exchanged without incurring a delivery charge in the event that you were charged delivery for your original goods, but if delivery of replacement  goods are required a delivery charge will apply if goods had been collected.
